Accordingly, the products offered by MH&W INTERNATIONAL CORP are not designed or warranted to meet any specifications of any intermediate or end user different from or in addition to the specifications set forth by MH&W INTERNATIONAL CORP and the manufacturer of the product sold.

Any replacement parts will be shipped by MH&W INTERNATIONAL CORP on a FOB shipping point base. Results of ordinary wear and tear, improper operation or maintenance, or use of corrosive or abrasive materials shall not be considered a defect in material or workmanship. Upon repair or replacement of a defective part, MH&W INTERNATIONAL CORP’s warranty will continue for the repaired or replacement part for the remainder of the six(6) months period for the original part. The warranty herein contained is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, expressed, implied or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall MH&W INTERNATIONAL CORP be obligated or liable to the buyer in any manner for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits, plant down time, or suit by third party.
